2. GCE 'AS' and 'A' Level Cambridge 9691
The course is designed to develop an understanding of the fundamentals of computing and to provide the knowledge and skills suitable for participation in an evolving computer-dependent society.

The course leads to a GCE in Computing at either Advanced Subsidiary or Advanced level which are a prerequisite for entry to many Universities and as such it gives students a glimpse of how university courses are structured.
